Doug was a hardworking member of the NS Government, always kind and respectful to those around him. I had the pleasure of working with Doug for many years. I will miss such a sweet,funny and all around genuine friend. Lots of pool fun in the summer and years ago the Halloween night with costumes, carved pumpkins and talks and laughs you do not forget.
