At the age of 77, Fred was promoted to his eternal home to meet his Heavenly Father on Thursday, February 19, 2026. Born on October 27, 1948, in Windsor, NS. He was a son of the late, James and Ethel (Neil) Sisco.

A husband, father, grandfather, pastor and friend to many. Fred was a kind, hardworking man who lived out his faith. He leaves behind his wife, Sandy; and his sons, Dennis Sisco (Pam) of Fredericton, NB, and Nick Sisco (Pam) of Johannesburg, South Africa; his grandchildren, Josiah, Allanah, Jonah, Stephen, Joshua and Jantina. He was loved by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing him.

He is survived by brothers, Gerald (Sharon); sisters, Aileen Johnston, Alice Caffatos, Audrey Briggs, Anne Safire, Dorothy Brown, Sharon (Rheal) Rivest; numerous nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Carol J. Sisco; brothers, Ivan, and Harold; sisters, Margaret and Pauline.

Visitation will take place Friday, February 27, 2026, from 11:00am to 1:00pm in One Church, Halifax, Nova Scotia with funeral to follow at 1:00pm with Pastor Justin McKenzie officiating.
