Kelly Marie Harlow, of Halifax, Nova Scotia, passed away due to post operative complications on February 11, 2026, at the age of 63.

Born in Hamilton, Ontario and raised in Lockeport, Nova Scotia, she was a devoted wife, loving mother and beloved Grandma. She was predeceased by her parents, Bruce & Carol Williams; and survived by her best friend, high school sweetheart and husband of 45 years, Franklyn. Also mourning this tragic loss are her children, Jennifer (Jared), Allison (Peter), Alexander (Tracie), Brian (Linda); and her grandchildren, Logan, Mia, Ruby, Ryker, Gavin and Freya.

Coming from humble beginnings, Kelly had a strong sense of who she was and what was truly important to her. For over 50 years her Bible based faith never wavered and was the “light for her path.” Her faith shaped her values and how she lived her life. It wasn’t what she had physically, it was the people in her life that Kelly valued most- her husband and family, her friends in the congregation and her Heavenly Father, Jehovah.

Kelly was a creative woman who kept busy with her sewing, crocheting, cooking, baking and a wide variety of handmade personalized gifts for friends and family. Kelly was most known for her quick wit and her genuine love and kindness for everyone around her.

She will be sorely missed but never forgotten.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 21. 2026 at 3 p.m., in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses 210 Parkland Drive, Halifax. For those unable to attend in person, please contact Kelly’s immediate family members for the Zoom credentials.
