Danny David Millett, 76, passed away peacefully January 29, 2026, at the V.G. after a lengthy illness.

He was predeceased by his parents, Neil and Donna Millett; wife, Linda; and son, David.

Danny is survived by his sister, Paulette, and stepdaughter, Shelagh McCorry (Bernie).

Danny retired in 2003 from Canada Post, after 29 years of service.

Growing up on the ball fields of Halifax’s north-end gave him a lifelong love of sports.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 71 McQuade Lake Cres., Beechville, 902-835-4212. Burial will take place at a later date in St. John’s Cemetery where he will be laid to rest in the family plot with his beloved son, David.
