Family and friends of Anthony John Larder, 57, sadly announce his passing on January 12, 2026, after a brief battle with Cancer.
He will be remembered by his children, Joel Orlando and Emery (lllya Kozak) Orlando (their mother, Sandra). As well as his sister Lisa (Chad) Logan and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends.
Tony was predeceased by both his parents, Sharon and George Larder.
He will also be remembered by his many brethren of the ILA and his many circles of friends both here in Nova Scotia and in Alberta where he spent his short retirement with his trusted and beloved pup Xena.
Tony was never one to pass up a gathering. Whether it was with friends at a garage party, a tie-up on the water or at a Truckology meet up, or get-togethers with family for any occasion.
Tony spent his early years as a member of Scouts of Canada, and he was a junior member of the Bay Road Fire Department. As he got older, he developed a love of little quick cars and big loud trucks!
He was always planning his next customization to his truck.
We would like to invite all friends and family to gather with us for an informal Celebration of life to be held in the Bill Estabrooks Centre on Friday January 30, 2026 from 2 to 4.
