We regret to announce the sudden passing of Kenneth Lorne Demont, age 66, on December 6, 2025, at Sydney, Nova Scotia .

Kenneth, a former Glace Bay resident, is survived by his only brother, Bruce (Michele) Demont, as well as nieces, Brittany, Caitlin, Renee, and Chelsea and their families.

Kenneth was predeceased by his parents, Earl and Mary (Rea) Demont.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 6 Churchill Drive, Sydney, 902-539-7175. As per his wishes, there will be no visitation . A private family graveside interment will be held at a later date.
