My brother Dave was 10 years older than I so by the time I was 10 he was almost launched! I didn’t really get to know him well until after my family was raised and I retired from the world of work with time on my hands. My husband Jim and I enjoyed Dave’s quiet but quick sense of humor, his gentle true nature, and his appreciation of life. We enjoyed spending time with Dave, hearing his life stories or just sitting quietly enjoying a glass of wine.
