Audrey Willis-Keeping, 83 of Halifax passed away October 15, 2025 at Oceanview Continuing Care Centre. Born in Sydney, Cape Breton, NS she was the daughter of Edgar Keeping and Dorothy Keeping (Sims).

As a young girl, Audrey loved to swim, she has medals on display at Westmount Jr. High for her accomplishments. Audrey was a wonderful mother to 6 children and Grandma to 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She loved being a part of their lives. She was part of the Ladies Auxiliary for the Waverly Fire Department for many years. She loved to sew, crochet, bake and read books by Nora Roberts. She was a Real Estate Agent, Paralegal and owner of her own Fish and Chip Truck. She will be missed by her family and friends.

Audrey is survived by her sons, Dale (Barb), Harold (Sheila), Allen (Vera), Terry (Sandra); daughters, Linda (Grant – predeceased), Mechell (Steve); sister, Bettyanne Tobin; grandchildren, Joseph, Matthew, Jeremy, Laura, Shane, Tyler, Brandon, Evan, Samantha, Amanda, Corey, Thomas, Victoria, Aliyah; great-grandchildren, Emily, Lily, Avery, Niall, Ellie, Sydney, Riley (3 Victoria, BC).

She was predeceased by her parents, Edgar and Dorothy Keeping; sisters, Linda Davison, Bernice Antonio; son in law, Grant Mansfield.

A Celebration of Life will be held October 27th after the Graveside Service at the family home, 54 Stone Crest Court, Lower Sackville. Interment on October 27th, in St. Johns Cemetery at 1:00pm.

We would like to thank all family and friends that help take care of mom over the years and Lulu for her support. We also want to thank all the wonderful staff at Oceanview Continuing Care Centre for their care and friendship over this past year and most of all “Nurse BJ” for the love and support she gave to mom and our family.
