Kimberly Ellsworth-Saunders, 67

We the family of Kimberly Ellsworth-Saunders, 67, of Glace Bay, announce her passing in the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney, on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Born in Glace Bay, she was the daughter of the late Graham (Sonny) and Ruth Hiscock.

Kim was very passionate about photography, music, travelling, and loved to go for lengthy drives with her late husband Doug in his Corvette. Kim was the owner and operator of a business for many years, “Kim’s Craft Studio,” in which she won numerous awards for her dedicated work. She loved her two furry cat friends Winston and Chester immensely.

Kim is survived by her two sons Kyle Ellsworth (Krista), and Joel Ellsworth (Tara); a daughter Brittany Ellsworth; and a brother Kenneth Hiscock.

Kim was predeceased by her dad Graham (Sonny) Hiscock and her husband Doug Saunders.
