Murray John Bezanson, 87 of Enfield, NS passed away 20 May 2025 at home with his family surrounding him.

Born in Marie Joseph, Nova Scotia, he was the son of late Wallace and Alice (Turner) Bezanson.

Also known as Murph or Whip, Murray ran his own business Whip Welding and Fabrication from his shop on Grant Road in Enfield for many years and his blacksmithing work can be seen on many barns, stores and buildings throughout Nova Scotia. He was a friend to many and many of his customers came to be his friends. He has loved many a dog or cat in his lifetime but will be sadly missed most by his loving wife, Dolly and his cats, Big Boy and Baby.

Murray is survived by his wife of 32 years, Corrinna (Dolly) Mosher; sons, Joseph (Joey)(Karen), Mark (Allison), Keith(Emily); daughter, Kimberley(George); stepchildren, Wesley (Janesta), Laura (Parth); sister, Dorothy (Bobby Hall), sister-in-law, Audrey, niece Thalia; grandchildren, Jessica (Mike), Jordan (Tyson), Darcy, Meghan, Katie, Bryanne, Gavin; great-grandchildren, Kingsley, Kohen, Dax and Harrison.

He was pre-deceased by his brother, Eugene.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 8 at the Fairbanks Center, 54 Locks Road Dartmouth at 2 pm.
