We the family of James King, 76, of Reserve Mines, N.S. announce his passing in the An Cala Palliative Care Unit, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital on May 4, 2025. James was the son of the late James and Kathleen (Attwood) King.

He is survived by his brother John (Margie) King, Dominion; sisters Theresa (Adam) Crosby, Gardiner Mines, and Bernadette (Jim) Vassallo, Dartmouth, N.S., as well as several nieces and nephews.

Along side his parents, James was predeceased by his sister Elaine Ellis.

Arrangements have been entrusted to T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, Glace Bay, N.S. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
