Karl will certainly be missed. Always enjoyed the visits to your maple sugar camp and getting to know the family. The best syrup ever.

Dennis, Carrie, Nadine and Family,
We were very sad to hear of Karl's passing. Of course growing up in Hubley Mill Lake Road, Derrick has many fond memories of him and Paulette, and he has shared them with me over the years. There is no doubt your parents were amazing people and we hope your memories bring some comfort at this time.

We are so very sorry for your loss. Karl was the sweetest man I ever met. He was indeed the epidomy of a good man. Karl will be very missed by every life he touched.
I can't imagine how difficult this is for all of you, already tender and raw with loss.
Please trust that we mourn with you. Sending love and strength for all of you.

As the dust settles from April 12th it's still difficult to read your obituary. Your presence on this earth was a gift to all of us that had the opportunity to enjoy your teachings, your friendship and most important your love. Uncle Karl you were a true iconic pillar to our greater family and words can't express the grief and sorrow but I'll take peace knowing you're with Aunt Paulette once again. Thank you for everything you did for me.
Rest easy.

Dennis, Carrie & family,
Saddened to learn of the passing of your father. We used to see Karl & Paulette at the New Ross Christmas Craft Fair. Your Mom made Jack fudge. They always seemed to be enjoying themselves. We extend our deepest sympathy to you & your family for your loss.

Our sincere condolences to Dennis and Nadine and families on the loss of your Dad. I first remember Karl as your (Nadine’s)dad, when our family’s would get together years ago… usually at Aunt Rita and Uncle Carrol’s. Then as a teen I loved seeing your parents visiting at mom and dads. Your dad always asked me about fishing and my dirt bike, with a big smile on his face. So glad we always took our girls to see them at the sugar camp, enjoying your mom’s homemade icecream and the best maple syrup in Canada!! I smile with a tear as I remember hearing my girls often referring to Karl as the “tall, nice man in the blue shirt.”❤️

We both send our sincerest condolences to the entire family. Karl was most certainly salt of the earth and raised his family the same way. We will miss him and his famous maple syrup immensely. He has touched so many people from Tantallon to New Ross and beyond. With heartfelt sympathy, Natasha and Shaun Savoy

How can I even begin to put into words how Ron and I will miss you, but happy you are with the love of your life. We will miss the hugs, vibrant smile, and of course how you like to argue. Lol. You certainly have placed a big hole in our hearts. To Dennis, Nadine, family, and friends, hold dear to your memories and each other at this time and mention his name often. Hugs

So many memories of Kark from my childhood. Always a kind, helpful and friendly neighbor.
Now that it's spring and the sap is running I was talking about him just the other day.
My condolences to the entire family. He was much loved and greatly respected
