Robert Edward Boutilier

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Robert Edward Boutilier of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Robert passed away at Maplestone Enhanced Care in Halifax on March 8, 2025.

Robert was born on September 4, 1956 in Halifax, NS and was raised by his grandparents, Sadie and Robert Boutilier.

We remember Robert as a man strong in his Christian Faith, his love of music and gentle and kind demeanor. He loved his Grandparents dearly.

Predeceased by his grandparents, Robert and Sadie Boutilier; Robert is survived by his dear friends Bill and Judy Lafford, Jinny Giza, and Percy and Glenna Doubleday.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday March 13, 2025 at 11:00am in St. Andrews Anglican Church, 2553 St. Margaret's Bay Road, Timberlea, NS with Rev. Cathy Lee Cunningham and Rev. Marilyn Hamlin officiating. Interment at a later date.
