Angus Lawrence Landry Obituary

It is with a heavy heart that we, the family announce the passing of our loving father, grandfather, and brother, Angus Landry. Angus passed away suddenly on February 24, 2025, at his home in Windsor Junction.

Born on November 17, 1963. Angus was the youngest son of the late, Doris and George (Ned) Landry.

He is survived by his son, Cole (Kayla) Landry; daughter, Tamara (Jason) Chase; brothers, Sam (Claire), Joe, Danny, Paul (Tove), George (jr)Landry; sisters, Judy Landry(Alan Peddle), Denise Landry(Greg Chiasson), and Pauline (Brian) Finn; 5 grandchildren, Charlotte, Everleigh, McKenna, Austin, and Nash, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, Angus was predeceased by his sister-in-law, Earlene.

Angus grew up around trucks and machines, and like his dad had a very mechanical mind, he could fix or “MacGyver” most anything and wasn’t afraid of work. He had a varied career which included some time with the military, driving trucks, construction, and hardware retail.

Cremation has taken place, and a family celebration of life will take place at a later date in Cape Breton.
