Deepest Condolences to the loss of Leisa, such sad news. Myself (Marie), Janice and Leisa hung around together since I was 7 years old, we had so many fun times together, like playing party which meant going to the store and buying chips, lickamade sticks, candy rockets and mixing them all together with a cup of tea that her mom made. Her mom which in years later became my children’s grandmother, a full circle. We had so many fun times like sledding until we we so cold, then going behind her building and sitting under the vents to warm up. We went camping with the grownups, enjoyed the grownup parties at her house and dancing. Leisa being so young she would sneak the guys cigarette butts and light them up so she could see if it was a fun thing. We would take walks up to the pit to check the boys out as kids did. Then time passes and we go our own ways and start families, but with us we still kept in touch once in a while. She came to my 40th surprise party, we went to her Baby shower, went on the Bingo bus and had lots of fun at the Hotels, kept in touch every birthday even if it was a text. We hardly seen each other but we were still friends, then all of a sudden she’s gone and you realize that you wished you spent more time together. Miss you Leisa, my friend. R.I.P.
