Ozzy Layne Nicole MacKenzie was born silent into this world on January 26, 2025, in the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, but her life spoke volumes to both her mom and dad, Olivia Snow and Zack MacKenzie of Glace Bay.


Ozzy spent a short time in the arms of her parents, but she is forever in their hearts.


Along with her parents, Ozzy is survived by her brother Samuel Ford MacKenzie and her sister Sophia Brooklyn Kaiser; grandparents Conrad Snow, Marcia Snow (Shaun), Ron MacKenzie (Cher), and Paula Forrestall (Mike); aunt Jillian Snow; uncles Jake MacKenzie (Shvonne) and Glen Ryan Ellis; great-grandparents Glenn and Linda Ford, and Herbie and Regina Snow; as well as great aunts Jacquelyn (Jack) and Anita (Leo); great-uncle Herbie Snow.


In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Calebs Courage.


Special thank you to the nurses and staff in Labour and delivery, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, as well as to Dr. Stephanie Elleker.
