She was an amazing seamstress, sewing for family and the community. She had a special skill for facilitating professional relationships. Naomi is survived by her daughters, Joy Clare Sherlock, Lesley Kathryn Crystal, Krista Ann Seaboyer; brother, Richard Nonnekes; sisters, Josina Boswell, Helen Nonnekes-Berghoef, and Joanne Nonnekes; grandchildren, Audrey Naomi Sherlock, Penelope Joy Crystal, Juniper Ellen Crystal, Kaspar Frederick Lee Seaboyer.

She is predeceased by her Mother, Teuntje Nonnekes; Father, Gerard Nonnekes; and Brother, Paul Nonnekes.

A celebration of her life service will be held on January 18, 2025 at 2:00pm in First Baptist Church, 1300 Oxford Street, Halifax. With Rev. Rusty Edwards officiating.

Memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church Halifax, Alzheimer Society Nova Scotia.

A special thank you to 3 center of Northwood Care for all the kindness and love they shared with mom during her time there. We so very much appreciate all of mom's friends who were by her side through her entire journey; taking her for outings, being silly with her, and singing with her.
