So sorry for your loss, such a sweet girl. Many times Kelsey and I would say hi to her at the dollarama on her shopping trips with her mom a few years back. Always a smile , God Bless her.

Dearest family: I am so very sorry to hear that Elaine has passed. She was always happy and smiling. I knew and worked with Elaine for over 24 years at the Horizon center. She was always very eager to learn new things and took great pride in her work. She was a joy to work with. She was very kind hearted as well. I will miss her. She’s with her mom now God bless.
