Worked with Lea for a dozen years or more at BIO in Dartmouth. Always a hoot to be around. We communicated by email for a number of years after he and I retired and suddenly there was no response from. I suddenly understand. Lea you were the best. Gary Gammon full of fond memories. Thanks.

    HELLO LEAMON

WELL I DIDN’T EXPECT THIS , WE WILL MISS YOU HEARING YOU CHUCKLE WHEN SOMETHING WAS FUNNY OR AMUSING. YOU GAVE US LAUGHTER WHEN TIMES WERE TOUGH YOU GAVE US THE STRENGTH AND THE WILL POWER AND YOU SAY YOU CAN DO IT I KNOW YOU CAN. BUT AS YOU LEAVE THE PLACE CALLED EARTH NOW THE ANGELS HAVE YOU AND MET YOU AT THE GATES TO GET YOU FITTED WITH A PAIR OF WINGS TO FLY FREELY WE KNOW YOU WILL BE WATCHING OVER US DAY AND NIGHT. I AM NOT GOING TO SAY GOOD BYE TO ME GOOD BYES MEAN FOREVER SO I AM GOING TO SAY I WILL SEE YOU LATER. SO YOU TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF AND SAY HI TO EVERYONE IN OUR FAMILY AND GIVE THEM A HUG FROM ME.

    LOVE
    STEPHEN D. CARVER

On behalf of my husband and I, I wish to express our sincere condolences to Lea’s family and friends. Lea was our neighbour for a number of years in our condo units in Dartmouth. We will surely miss watching him garden and seeing him relax on his front step. May he rest in peace.
