Known to most as ‘Jack’, he was a truly compassionate, loving and free hearted man, husband and father.
Jack was charismatic and had a sparkle in his eyes that would illuminate the cloudiest day. A giving man willing to lend a hand to those in need; who wanted nothing in return.
His smile and boyish laughter would fill the room with joyfulness. He took pleasure in joking around with light-hearted teasing often emitting a giggle before anyone else.
A devoted husband who loved his wife deeply and could never imagine his life without her.
Jack enjoyed being informed on news events, loved a good documentary and got excited over a good hockey game. He reveled in cruising around in his ’88 Mustang, sporting his Ray Bans sunglasses and listening to Hank Williams. A man who took no comfort in being idle. Jack loved being outdoors, not only at home but also times spent in Bass River, his birth place, enjoying the family gatherings.
Jack took pride in nurturing his garden and pleasure in being able to share in the spoils with fellow neighbors.
He loved gardening and being outdoors with nature; this is where he felt most comfortable and at peace up until his final day.
You will be forever missed and never forgotten.
We loved you every day and now we will miss you every day.
