Euloth, Clarence Alexander “Larry” age 92, passed away peacefully on Friday April 7,2017 in the Halifax Infirmary. Born in Hazel Hill, Guysborough, Co, he was the son of the late George Edward and Carrie Euloth. He is survived his wife of 69 years, Jean (MacLean) and son Gregory. Larry worked for 34 years in the furniture maintenance department of the Victoria General Hospital, where he was well known and resected for the quality of his workmanship and since of humour that he brought to work with him. Upon his retirement, he loved to putter in his workshop on one of his many trailers he liked to construct. In addition to this, he never hesitated to support family and friends if they were in the process of repair or renovations. He could put his hand to most anything that required a tool. During World War11, Larry served his country in the Royal Canadian Army Service Corp. He later served as a Lieutenant in the Bedford Volunteer Fire Department, was a life member of the Bedford Lions Club and a volunteer driver for the CNIB. An ardent outdoors man, Larry love to be out in the woods or on the water, depending on the season. He always looked forward to his trips to Cape Breton in the fall. He especially enjoyed his time spent with family and friends at the cottage. Every fall, he turned the cottage into a hunting camp and although he no longer hunted, he hosted friends and family for some good times and comradery. He will be dearly missed by the many nieces and nephews whom he loved and teased but would do anything for them. He was the last surviving member of his family, having been predeceased by his parents, brother Nathan and sisters Kathleen, Alice and Lettie.
